Sealed Bids for the construction of Conesville Industrial Park - Energy Drive for the Coshocton Port Authority will be received by Coshocton Port Authority, ATTN: Tiffany Swigert, Executive Director, 538 Main St. Suite 204, Coshocton, Ohio 43812 until 9:00 AM, local time, October 5, 2026 and immediately after the deadline the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.

The work for which Bids are invited consists of the furnishing of all materials and labor for roadway realignment, mill and overlay, access road reconstruction and driveway construction.

The estimated construction cost for this project is $1,700,000.

Copies of the Contract Documents are on file in the Coshocton Port Authority, 538 Main St. Suite 204, Coshocton, Ohio 43812; in the office of Kimley-Horn and Associates, 7965 N High St Ste 200, Columbus, OH 43235; and in the Dodge Construction Network https://www.construction.com/projects/conesville-industrial-park-energy-drive-202600382089 and Builders Exchange office and are available for inspection by prospective bidders. Contract Documents must be purchased from the office of Kimley-Horn for a cost of $100.00 per set, none of which is refundable.

The right is reserved by the Coshocton Port Authority to reject any and all Bids, to waive informalities or to accept any Bid which is deemed favorable to the Coshocton Port Authority.
